PAYMENT
To ensure the best service experience from timely arrangement reservation, customers will be required to place a deposit or pay in full (subject to product and services) as advised by the Travel Concierge members.
- Deposit payment equivalent to 10% of the total trip amount is required upon confirmation of booking for all tour services.
- Full payment required for all entrance tickets including but not limited to airlines tickets, luxury rail services tickets, CAD Yi Peng Festival and New Year Countdown tickets, etc.
For the convenience of our customers, Travel X provides several payment options as follows,
Payment by Credit Card, & PayPal
Convenient, Safe and fast. Customers will bear the credit card processing fee (approximately 3-4% of the final amount) upon each successful transaction. You will receive your Tour voucher and confirmation within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and China UnionPay)
Payment by Bank transfer & Internet Banking
If you prefer payment via bank transfer, you may request a payment QR or link from our Travel Concierge member. Kindly ensure the final amount received by Travel X is according to the invoice you received. (Customers will bear the bank transfer fee or charges)
If you are International customer must contact your local bank. The processing time may take up to 14 business days depending on the amount and country of remittance. It is the ultimate responsibility of the Customer to ensure that payments are timely (Customers will bear the bank transfer fee or charges).
Upon successful payment, kindly retain the transfer confirmation/remittance slip and send a clear soft copy to +60108990189 on WhatsApp or email to finance@travelx.today (kindly include your name and invoice number) for our reference. We will begin to process your tour arrangements or tickets as soon as we receive a payment confirmation from our finance team.
Note: You may request for our bank transfer details from our Travel Concierge team as required.
Balance payment we do not accept cash on arrival or tour date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Special events such as, CAD Yi Peng Lantern festival, NYE Countdown events, the Organiser assumes that unexpected event that can not be prevented such as natural disaster, including but not limited to flood, earthquake, war, government order, heavy rain, which may be lead to event cancellation. All ticket are non-refundable in such cases. By booking the tour(s), ticket(s) and/or service(s) from Travel X, Customer agrees to accept the risk for the aforementioned unexpected event. Tickets are 100% non-refundable for cases including but not limited to no show, name-swap, etc.
CAD Yi Peng Festival & NYE Countdown Ticket Cancellation and refund arrangements:
- Any Cancellation Ticket made Before 2 Months prior event date CAD refund 60% of fare price excluding cancellation and bank charges.
- Any Cancellation Ticket made within 1-2 Months prior event date CAD refund 50% of fare price excluding cancellation and bank charges.
- Any Cancellation Ticket made less than 1-month prior event date Cancellation is non-refundable.
Remark: Refund will be processed through your payment method (ie: Credit Card or Bank Transfer) and the refund process may take up to 14 business days to reflect on your account.
Note that additional cancellation fees may apply for airfare in the package. If you have booked an air inclusive package with Travel X, then you should be aware that the tickets are usually issued immediately upon us receiving your deposit payment. If you cancel the Reservation after the date on which tickets are issued the airline will in most cases impose cancellation charges which will usually be the full cost of the airfare. Travel X will advise you of these charges before cancellation. These cancellation charges will be charged in full and in addition to any other cancellation charges.
Note that additional cancellation fee may apply for hotel booking in the package.
If you have booked hotel(s) with Travel X kindly note that hotel booking is issued immediately upon confirmation of your deposit payment. If you cancel the reservation after the date on which the hotel(s) is booked, you will be subject to at least 1 night hotel charge per room or hotel’s terms and condition of booking. Travel X Concierge team will advise you of these charges before cancellation.
COMPLAINTS
If the Customers has any complaint in respect of services of any independent contractor, Customers shall immediately notify the same in writing to the Travel X and hand over copy thereof to the Tour Leader in order to enable the Company to take up the matter with the independent contractor. Any claim or complaint by the tour participant must be notified to the Company in writing within 20 days after the end of the Tour. No complaint or claim notified after this period will be entertained and the Company shall not be liable to any liability in respect thereof.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
The tour regular tour cost does not include your overseas travel insurance. Travel X highly recommends that you have adequate insurance in place to secure your life, health and property as may be advised by your insurance agent to cover any eventualities associated with your overseas travel. You may be required to provide us with a copy of such insurance cover prior to your booking confirmation.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
top destinations may change these terms and conditions at any time without advance notice. Changed terms will become effective once posted on the Website, and will not have any retrospective effect on existing contractual arrangements made through this Website. Your continued use of this Website after any change means you have accepted the changed terms and conditions.
TIPPING TO TOUR GUIDE AND DRIVER
There is no compulsory for Tipping tour and driver Because TOP DESTINATIONS ready pay for staff fee. But if tour guide and driver did Excellent job performance or treated you very well. You may feel free to tipping them any amount that you are comfortable.
